Samsung Smarthings is an application that makes your home smarter with personalized automation. The app suggests new smart ways to automate the operation of your equipment and makes your day easier. It allows you to connect wirelessly to a variety of smart devices and lets everything work together. You can add Samsung appliances, TVs, and other Internet of Things products.

SmartThings works with a growing number of devices. Once connected to these, the application allows you to:

  • Create schedules and scenarios, for example the film to play in the evening;
  • Adjust the temperature in a room or play music;
  • Automate your home using data such as time, place or temperature;
  • Set the sprinkler to turn on at sunrise or the lights at sunset;

Getting started is easy with a Samsung account. Once you've created your SmartThings profile, the app automatically finds compatible devices. The Samsung SmartThings app works on both Android and iOS operating systems, and the devices you can control are constantly added. It can be downloaded from both Google Play and AppleStore.

Thank you for contacting Samsung SmartThings Support.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Unfortunately, SmartThings is not supported on a PC yet, however, you can use the online website https://graph.api.smartthings.com/ to help manage and check the status of your devices. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

As of now, we support only Android and IOS but we here at SmartThings support want to do everything we possibly can to help, to the furthest extent of our capabilities. I am very sorry for the trouble. As we have sent your request to the developer team and they will work on adding a requested feature in the future but I don't know the timelines for new integrations in the SmartThings.

The bit of good news I can give you is that the majority of App login format requests are on our radar and we on the support team are looking out for every request to make sure this feedback is heard.
