Trello is a productivity tool developed by the company Atlassian, which allows its user to organize and manage their projects and tasks in a simple, flexible and personalized way. In addition to centralizing all the activities of professional life in a single space, Trello allows you to update and modify tasks and projects in real time and remotely. How does the application work?

The application is simple to use. The interface includes 3 main elements: the table that gathers all the projects and tasks to accomplish, the lists or columns "to do", "in progress" and "completed" and finally the cards that contain the title of each task, the team member to whom it is assigned, and the elements necessary for its execution (documents, links, images, instructions, etc). According to the progress, you can classify each card in the column that corresponds to it: to do, in progress or completed.

It is also possible to divide the whole into several views to have a vision from different angles. Among the views, the most interesting are: the timeline, the calendar, the dashboard, etc. This allows you to tackle the most important tasks that are close to completion.
