Zimbra Desktop is an open source email and messaging application that gives you online and offline access to all your email accounts on a single platform. It is a collaborative messaging application that is suitable for professional use and is available on Windows and Mac OS among others.

A free and qualitative application

Zimbra is a software that allows you to synchronize all received messages, regardless of the email service provider. The software is designed with all the most frequently used features, such as a briefcase, a calendar, a contact list, tasks... It works with many types of messaging systems to synchronize email, contacts and calendar data between the user's mailboxes in the cloud and the local data stored on the user's computer disk. That's why it is compatible with many messaging services, including Google Mail, Yahoo and Hotmail.

Zimbra can be used offline when the user's computer is not connected to the network. Indeed, the application saves on your hard drive the messages received during the internet connection to make them available to you at the appropriate time. They are classified in the form of folders according to the date of reception and the recipient. You can therefore access your various messages by launching the advanced search proposed by the software. Zimbra is available in about twenty languages, including French.
