Several hundred hours of guided meditations enhance the content of the application. The second feature of Headspace concerns restful sleep. Between adult tales, sound atmospheres and deep relaxation, the user can choose how he wants to fall asleep in peace. The third capsule is specifically dedicated to concentration. It allows the user of the application to choose music to boost his productivity and creativity, whether at home or at work. Finally, Headspace allows anyone to regain control over their stress. This category includes so-called SOS meditations, short meditations to quickly regain serenity. It also includes easy-to-apply relaxation methods.

In addition to these 4 categories, Headspace offers advice, techniques and practical exercises to help you take care of yourself and your health on a daily basis. Headspace is available on smartphones with Android and iOS. However, it is not possible to download this software on Windows PCs.
