Developed by LG Electronics Inc, the LG ThinQ app allows you to remotely control the appliances in your home. Available on iOS and Android, the app is easy to use. It is also possible to download LG ThinQ on Windows PC with an emulator but it is not available as a native app.
Following the download of LG ThinQ, the first step to perform is to build the house, give it a name and place the devices in each of the suggested rooms such as the kitchen and living room. When all the devices are connected to the app, you can start and stop them at any time and from any location. Whether you're at work or on vacation, it's possible to interact with all your devices and receive notifications when a task is completed, such as laundry, or if any of the devices are working abnormally.
You can choose which notifications you want to receive and which you don't. There are also functions available to activate tasks at the desired time: Home, Away, Vacation and Sleep. With the "Invite" function, family members can also access the connected devices. From now on, simply logging into the LG ThinQ app will be enough to monitor and control your devices remotely to make your daily life easier.

Thank you for giving the email including the explanation about your problem.
The ThinQ app is a program developed for use on mobile phones, so Windows PC (and Tablet) models are not supported.
We ask for your understanding as this is to minimize development resources and risks that occur to support a wider range of tablet resolutions than smartphones.
