G-shock move

Easy to download, G-Shock move is an application for G-Shock smartwatch that allows you to adjust various settings of the latter. It also receives activity data from the watch, so you can get more information about your workouts or adventures. It helps you reach your fitness goals more easily. The tool was designed to be intuitive and simple to use. For example, you can easily customize the home screen to show overviews of favorite workout data and watch settings. When you go to the "Activity" page of G-shock move, you will find the "History" tab that lists distance, time and average pace.

You will also find a map of the route taken. Recording a workout provides more detailed information such as energy consumption (calories), average pace, etc. The analysis tab provides detailed information about the user's training status over various periods: 1 week, 1 or 3 months. You will also find data on training status progression, training load, average pace, monthly goal achievement, distance vs. time, etc. The application also allows you to receive basic notifications on your smartphone.
