This application is available on the App Store and Google Play Store. The user can download the version that corresponds to their phone. After installation on a smartphone or tablet that runs Android or IOS, the user must connect to the Internet. Daikin has not yet developed a PC version of this software. Therefore, it is not yet available for Windows 10.

The first function of this software is to be able to control the indoor climate of a house. The user can use voice control to optimize the experience. Temperature control is possible thanks to the interactive thermostat. This makes it possible to program it in a private room. Daikin Online Controller also allows programming of hot water schedules. The user can program up to 6 actions per day in a week.

The application provides an overview of energy consumption. It also offers options for saving money. However, these different functions of the Online Controller can be different. Indeed, the functions vary depending on the indoor unit used.
