Microsoft Office is a productivity application created by the firm of the same name to designate a compendium of office automation tools. Microsoft offers different models for using Microsoft Office. The Office package includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access and Publisher applications.
The Microsoft Office application combines Word, Excel and PowerPoint with exclusive features to make it your must-have productivity application. By offering a unified application, Microsoft seeks to ensure that its customers no longer need to download, install and switch between individual Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications. Microsoft Office presents itself as an alternative to Google Drive and its word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. It is therefore a complete bureaucratic tool for processing texts, making calculations, creating slides or taking notes.
Microsoft Office is compatible with both Android and iOS. Recently, the firm recently introduced a new application compatible with Windows 10. The existing My Office application has many of these features, but the new Office application focuses on free online versions of Office if you are not an Office 365 subscriber. The new Office application also includes tutorials and tips and tricks for the various Microsoft applications and services.
You can download the application now for Android phones and tablets from Google Play and for iOS from the Apple App Store (iPhone only, iPad support will be available later). You can use Office for free, and if you sign in with a Microsoft account or connect to a third-party storage service.
