Unfortunately, SmartThings is not supported on a PC yet, however, you can use the online website https://graph.api.smartthings.com/ to help manage and check the status of your devices. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
As of now, we support only Android and IOS but we here at SmartThings support want to do everything we possibly can to help, to the furthest extent of our capabilities. I am very sorry for the trouble. As we have sent your request to the developer team and they will work on adding a requested feature in the future but I don't know the timelines for new integrations in the SmartThings.
The bit of good news I can give you is that the majority of App login format requests are on our radar and we on the support team are looking out for every request to make sure this feedback is heard.
