Adobe Fill & Sign is an application that allows you to easily scan and automatically fill out administrative documents. You can even add your signature. Simply point your device's camera at a form, take a picture and the tool will automatically crop, reorient and clean up the page for digital formatting. You can then tap on the appropriate parts of the paper to manually enter the corresponding information or use Adobe Fill & Sign's profile feature to do so automatically for the majority of the basic information fields. The tool supports checkboxes for the parts that only require a mark.

You will be able to "sign" your name at the end with a finger or stylus, and your signature will be applied to the appropriate field. In other words, the application allows you to quickly fill out, sign and submit any form. You can even take a picture of a paper form and fill it out on your smartphone or tablet. You can then sign it electronically and send it. No need to print or fax the document. Easy to download, Adobe Fill & Sign can also save forms locally on your device, store them in the cloud or attach them to an email.
