Signed by the mobile operator Free, the Freebox Compagnon application allows users to manage their Freebox by accessing other related applications. It is an easy-to-use Android application that can be very useful for users who want to take advantage of a Cloud or personal NAS.

Freebox Companion to take control of your box

Freebox Companion is a control tool that allows you to take control of your server from your mobile or smartphone. The application is the equivalent of the Freebox OS interface, in mobile version. It gives you access to services offered by the server and allows you for example to :

• Consult the call log, manage file downloads ;
• Synchronize photos from your Smartphone with the hard drive of your Freebox ;
• Monitor the status of the box and the Internet connection at all times;
• Exploit a parental control function to manage access to the various terminals connected to the Freebox network ;
• View at a glance all calls received/transmitted from your Freebox by pressing Call Log ;
• Perform file synchronizations by importing, for example, photos from the box to your smartphone or tablet.

In the same way as a cloud, it is also possible to view the files and media on your box. To use the Freebox application, simply download it from the download platform of your mobile system and have an up-to-date Freebox.
