Thanks to the Meine AOK application, you can access the various functions of the AOK platform anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Several services are offered via this mobile app, saving you time and avoiding unnecessary travel. You can send your application to a program and transfer various documents securely. The application also allows you to communicate directly with your AOK contact by email or private message. Searching for a doctor or hospital, as well as applying for cards or certificates, can be done with simple gestures on the Meine AOK app. With this app, your personal performance and other statistics can be consulted at any time.

The Meine AOK app is available on Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS. You can also download the program directly to your PC. Just install an Android emulator to use it on Windows. The use of the mobile app requires registration on the AOK platform. A few usage checks will be carried out before confirming your membership. If you are already a member, just enter your login and password to access the Meine AOK portal. An activation code will be sent to you to unlock the application's functionalities.
