Huawei has developed a free application, available on Android, to guide you and help you manage your physical activity and sports, and more generally to keep you in good health. A very nice program!
The Huawei Health application allows you to keep track of your weight history, sleep habits, heart rate, and daily calorie burns. The tool allows you to record all your sports activities, whether it is running, cycling or even walking. You will also be able to determine a specific fitness plan, supervise your workouts with speed and trajectory calculations and add short, medium and long-term goals to motivate yourself.
The other functions are useful for monitoring your current state of health. The heart rate tab gives you a look at the stability of your heartbeat throughout the day. As for the sleep tab, it proposes to study your nights and the amount of daily rest. A big advantage is that the application, without advertising, is phone and tablet compatible. Convenient, you can add widgets on the home page of your smartphone to directly access the different features of the tool. All you have to do is download it directly from your Play Store or install it on your Windows or Mac PC.
